To be honest... I'm good at what I do and I could probably do this in my sleep! During the covid pandemic I even managed to get family and friends re-booked onto new flights home even when travel agents couldn't do it.

This depends on what airline and hotel you are booked with. As I am not a traditional travel agent some airlines will only speak to a named passenger on the booking. If I can speak to the airline I will of course do that for you and help get the best options. If I can't speak to them I will have a look at what options there are and give you all the information to tell the airline and or hotel.

I will suggest to you what frequent flyer/loyalty programs would work best for you, this depends on what your travel needs are. There are some great ways to collect those points and build airline and hotel status which can lead to some added perks when you fly enough with a certain airline and their partners and when you stay in a lot of the same hotel chains.
